Our Special Operations Division involves contract manufacturing, per client collaboration, oversight, and implementation. Our team members work closely with agency partners to develop common sense solutions for emergency situations. With our innovative partnerships and impressive capabilities XBomb & IMS deliver cutting edge manufacturing processes to the fingers tips of EM boots on the ground. Together, we seek improvements in the Emergency Management industry with a focus on improving sheltering conditions for displaced populations and ensuring our Responder's health is safeguarded during emergency and steady state operations.

15 'TIL 50

XBomb collaborated with the Tampa Bay Health & Medical Preparedness Coalition and the author of the 15 'TIL 50 framework to develop complimentary MCI (Mass Casualty Incident) equipment packages that are completely customizable.

In many instances Agencies don't have the manpower of tools to perform labor intensive operations, in a cost effective manner. XBomb takes pride in offering white glove asset positioning, relocating, organization, no matter what season the client is in.

Emergency Dispatch

Hurricane Helene scoured a trail of destruction from the Gulf of America to the Blue Ridge Parkway. In response to the displaced populous, XBomb was activated by Buncombe County Emergency Management to deploy temporary sheltering and mobilization equipment to the impacted areas around Ashville, North Carolina.

Plasma and Blood Center Upfitting

Blood and plasma donation centers are critical components of the heath care industry. Life saving contributions are enabled through the collection of plasma and blood. These highly regulated centers must operate with the highest levels of cleanliness to ensure cross contamination is avoided. XBomb offers removal and installation of center furniture with a detailed focus on sterilization.

Hurricane Florence Hot Shots

In 2018, IMS & XBomb mobilized box trucks to independently traverse more than a combined 2,688 miles of severely impacted roadways. Within 5 days our teams would navigate four consecutive deployments, providing functional access for local high schools and hospitals.

Hurricane Ian Good Samaritans

In 2022, IMS & XBomb were on scene to witness the devastating impacts of the category 4 storm which caused over $112B in damage and resulted in 161 deaths. Our team of professionals adapted our efforts from EOC support to, surge water rescue as many citizens found themselves stranded in harms way.
